The one who tastes, knows (for discussion:)

Gratitude for the above photo goes to this site: here

Reality

In love, nothing exists between heart and heart.
Speech is born out of longing,
True description from the real taste.
The one who tastes, knows;
the one who explains, lies.
How can you describe the true form of Something
In whose presence you are blotted out?
And in whose being you still exist?
And who lives as a sign for your journey?

- Rabia al Basri

  3. Between love nothing exists, not even words, words are required in absence when one needs to recall an image. Love is a manifestation and that does not need a description.

  4. This awareness is often the balance I need...and what we may have MOST in common, perhaps, worldwide...

    This great endless, timeless love among us...at the heart of ALL...

  7. Dear Mr. Muhammad Hamza:

    I "just love" that line too! And what little I've seen yesterday from your own work - looks to me that you are a kind of bridge to "a sign for your journey". Do plz keep coming by this website.

As long as there is reasonable courtesy, I will not moderate much if at all -- nor require signing in.
