There's a lot out there on the popular, political scene about the speeches by Cheney and then followed soon thereafter by Obama. But perhaps the most worrisome in terms of a "new" era of return to the rule of law are the concerns regarding Obama's alleged disregard for the case of Valerie Plame (the misuse of whom, along with her husband had much to do with finding reasons to go to war.)
