This is an outstanding thorough report (with the tone of outrage by the women reporters) about how race (and possibly gender) enters into the rule of law in America due to archaic (and never challenged to change) laws.
Here is Tolle's "Pain Body" at the onset over and over again with the terrible legacy of many ruined lives, ruined families and all the repercussions of that.
Not to mention the cultural pain body which is delievered by the US throughout the world.
Thich Nhat Hahn, that great spiritual leader of our time, said not long after 911 (roughly paraphrased) that until America heals her own pain - among this the pain inflicted upon the native peoples - we, as a Nation, will not be able to bring about peace anywhere.
