HELP NEEDED for HUNDREDS OF PAKISTANI CIVILIANS STUCK AT BRIDGE & ELSEWHERE

CLICK for URGENT PLEA for HELP here

If any readers here know anyone who might be able to apply pressure for relief and lifting of curfew in this area, please do so! Please send help to displaced fleeing persons who may still be stuck at CHAKDARA Bridge (The junction which connects DIR and SWAT.) They have been there for FOUR days according to today's report (May 19th) at the publication: Swat Valley dot org. There may be many other civilians also stuck in these same situations - SWAT/DIR areas - Please make calls to military or other authorities that the CURFEW will be lifted long enough for these many children, disabled, elderly and those who are with them to be able to flee for their lives. Please call out the alert to send help for these and other displaced people fleeing for their lives at, near CHAKDARA Bridge and area. Please call authorities - if you know who to call to put pressures on those in charge. If possible, make sure medical, transportation and other help is available. Call that there will be much more understanding for people who can't easily walk and who have no transportation.Even if they are finally safely removed from that area, please find volunteers, medical and other persons to make sure they have water, food, first aid, means of carrying their few belongings, etc.

Learn from the mistakes of US (New Orleans & US actions in Vietnam, Fallujah & other places in Iraq as well as the ongoing messes in Afghanistan)See how many human rights groups are currently condemning the way the military in Sri Lanka has also cornered, injured for life and killed so many civilians in their recent attacks.
