IPCRI has just issued a new policy paper which examines possible policy options for the Palestinian Authority if the Israeli-Palestinian negotiations come to an end without producing an agreement. This paper examines a set of options and explores the possible/probable outcomes of those options.

Each one of the options listed can be explored in greater depth. IPCRI will be devoting more time and effort into looking at several various policy options in much great depth that seek to advance the two-state solution even if the current round of negotiations fail. Likewise, IPCRI will also focus attention on options that will be available to the Government of Israel in the post-Annapolis period (if the negotiations fail to produce and agreement).
