Encounter on December 8th 2009
On Tuesday, December 8th 2009 , the group held the second half of its conversation on issues of meetings between parents, educators and administrative authorities – and all of it in Arabic! The encounter took place in the home of Yaffa Rotstein. Despite the small number of participants, we had representation of three different religions and a vivid and fascinating discussion that lasted more than two and a half hours.
The issue we focused on was the case of one of the group's participants where the authorities try to close down the educational institution she is running, behind the backs of the parents.
The discussion brought issues of responsibility and authority in educational systems, of "power" in its different meanings and of value systems that help us in our educational work. We talked about issues of autonomy in education and the place of the educator in the complex process of interaction between the local authority, the parents and the educators.
The feeling of most participants was that the exhaustion of teachers is, to a large extent, not so much a result of the teaching itself and the interaction with the students, but more of the interaction with the complicated administrative systems that surround them.
The next encounter will take place in the new home of our friend Mira Aziz. The date and theme of the encounter will be sent out soon to the group's members.

In the previous encounter, on May 24th 2009 , Nadia Tutanji-Nusseibeh brought up a central educational issue – cases of violence against children and students and the attempts to hide and silence them.
11 members attended, of different religions, most of them are educators. We often hear about violence of teenagers against teachers and of parents against teachers. The public is less exposed to hurting children and teenagers by their teachers.
In our conversation we raised a few case studies from the reality here and tried to sort educational ways to deal with this difficult phenomenon.
In the next encounter we will deal, in detail, with the interaction between students' parents and educational teams. We will again focus on the many cases where the children are caught between the wish of the educational institution to hide the shame, and our responsibility, as adults, to create for the children, in all ages, safe and protected space within the educational institute, the home and the street.

מפגש קבוצת דוברי הערבית בירושלים-8 בדצמבר 2009
ביום שלישי 8 בדצמבר 2009, קיימה הקבוצה את החלק השני של המפגש שלה אשר עסק בסוגיות של מפגש בין הורים,עובדי הוראה,תלמידים ורשויות נהוליות, והכל -בערבית! המפגש נערך בביתה של גב' יפה רוטשטיין. חרף מספר הנוכחים המצומצם-6-בני שלוש דתות שונות,היה דיון ער ומרתק אשר נמשך למעלה משעתיים ומחצה.
הסוגיה בה עסקנו במיוחד, היתה חקר מקרה של אחת המשתתפות בקבוצה, אשר הרשויות מנסות לסגור את המוסד החינוכי אותו היא מנהלת, מאחורי גבם של ההורים.
בדיון עליו סוגיות של אחריות וסמכות במערכות חינוך,של "כוח" במובניו השונים ושל סולמות הערכים אשר משמשים לנו בעבודתנו החינוכית. דנו בסוגיות של אוטונומיה בחינוך ושל מקומו של עובד ההוראה בתהליך המורכב של יחסי הגומלין בין הרשות המקומית, ההורים ועובדי ההוראה.
התחושה של מרבית הנוכחים היתה שהשחיקה של המורים נובעת במידה מרובה, לא מעצם ההוראה והמגע עם התלמידים, אלא מן המערכות המנהליות והגאוניות המסובכות, המקיפות אותם.
המפגש הבא יתקיים בביתה החדש של חברתנו מירה עזיז. על מועד המפגש ונושאו נמסור בהקדם.

במפגש הקודם שהתקיים ב- 24/05/2009 העלתה נאדיה טוטנג'י-נוסייבה סוגיה חינוכית מרכזית - אלימות נגד ילדים ותלמידים ונסיונות ההסתרה וההשתקה.
במפגש נכחו 11 משתתפים, בני דתות שונות, רובם עובדי הוראה. אנו שומעים תכופות על אלימות של בני נוער נגד מורים ועל תוקפנות של הורים נגד המורים. דעת הקהל נחשפת פחות לפגיעות בילדים ובני נוער מצד מוריהם.
בדיון העלינו מספר "חקרי מקרה" מן המציאות בארץ וניסינו לברר את הדרכים החינוכיות לטפל בתופעה קשה זו.
במפגש השני,נעסוק, באופן מפורט, ביחסי הגומלין בין הורי התלמידים לבין צוותי המחנכים. נשוב ונתמקד במקרים הרבים בהם נמצאים הילדים, בין הפטיש והסדן,בין הרצון של המוסד החינוכי וההורים להסתיר את "הבושה", לבין חובתנו, כמבוגרים, ליצור עבור הילדים, בכל הגילים, מרחב מוגן ובטוח בתוך המוסד החינוכי, בבית וברחוב.

لقاء مجموعة متكلمين اللغة العربية 8/12/09
يوم الثلاثاء في 8 من كانون الأول 2009, اتمت المجموعة القسم الثاني من لقائها التى كانت قد ابتدأت به ويدور حول مواضيع اللقاء بين الاهالي , هيئة التعليم , الطلاب المؤسسات الادارية وغيره في اللغة العربية, عقد اللقاء في بيت السيدة يافا روتشتين , ساء عدد المشاركين المصغر – 6 مشاركين من ثلاث طائفات مختلفة, اللقاء كان فعال ومثير حيث استمر لأكثر من ساعتين ونصف.
المشكلة التى بحثنا بها كانت تدور حول وضع احدى الزميلات المشاركة في المجموعة, حيث ان السلطات تحاول إغلاق المؤسسة التربوية التي تعمل بها كمديرة دون علم الأهالي.
طرح موضوع المسؤولية والصلاحية في المؤسسات التعليمية " من ناحية القوة" من حيث مفاهيمه المختلفة ومن حيث مراتب القيم التي تستخدم في مجال عملنا التربوي. تحدثنا عن موضوع الاستقلال الذاتي في التربية ومكانة موظف التربية والتعليم في العملية المعقدة في العلاقات المتبادلة بين السلطات المحلية , الأهالي وموظفي التربية والتعليم.
الاحساس لدى اغلبية الموجودين ان تدمير المعلمين نابعة على الاغلب ليس من التعليم والتواصل مع الطلاب ولكن من المؤسسات الادارية والعبقرية المعقدة التي تحيط بهم.

في اللقاء السابق الذي أقيم في 24/05/2009 طرحت نادية توتنجي موضوع تربوي مهم – العنف ضد الاولاد والطلاب ومحاولة الاخفاء والسكوت.
حضر هذا اللقاء 11 مشارك, من الطائفات المختلفة, اغلبيتهم موظفي التربية والتعليم, نحن نسمع تهجم على موضوع العنف بين الشباب ضد المعلمين وعلى تهجم الأهالي على المعلمين. ان معرفة الجمهور بإصابة الاولاد والشباب من قبل المعلمين مكشوفة بشكل غير واسع.
في خلال النقاش طرحنا بعض الحالات من الواقع في بلادنا وحاولنا استيضاح الطرق التربوية لمعالجة هذه الظاهرة الصعبة.
في اللقاء الثاني , سنتداول الموضوع بشكل مفصل, وبالعلاقة بين الطلاب مع الطاقم التعليمي . سنعود ونركز على الحالات الكثيرة التي يتواجد بها الاولاد, بين المطرق والسندان,وبين رغبة المؤسسة التربوية والأهالي في اخفاء " العار", وبين واجباتنا كبالغين, لايجاد جو امن ومحمي داخل المؤسسة التربوية,البيت والشارع لكل الاولاد في جميع الاجيال.
